The Solutions builder will generate a price for you automatically, on the basis of :
Pay As You Go license - a predictable, low monthly cost for 1-5 users inclusive, and just £5/user/month, for extra users;
or,
Enterprise license - a one off fixed cost for in bands of 1-50 users or 51-250 users inclusive followed by maintenance and support costs of 15% per annum payable year 2 onwards. The maintenance price is payable on the subsequent payment anniversary and is guaranteed for at least two years from the purchase date. i.e. Years 2 and 3 guaranteed, when you buy today.
Example:
Pay-as-you-go - £27.99 for 5 user licence/month. Additional users @ £5/user/month
Whereas Enterprise licensing :-
- 1-50 users - £3,000 + £450 (15%)/year - Equivalent to £2.17/user/month at 50 users
- 51-250 users - £7,500 + £450 (15%)/year - Equivalent to £1.08/user/month at 250 users
